"As a Delivery Manager for a tribe of 4 x Scrum teams, I needed a good Scrum Master to help us deliver our new secure product into a new virtual environment every 2-week sprint."

Working for a large U.S. financial organisation, and working closely with technical architects and product owners, Chella Consulting helped build our product, manage it through 5 release environments and onto a virtual server in 2-week sprints.

The teams managed the full product - from API to UI - maintaining a suite of automation tests, intranet-based documentation and collaborating with users and other stakeholders regularly throughout the process.

They were a combination of locally-based staff and offshore, outsourced teams. We held our Daily Scrums using video-conferencing facilities, and the teams tracked their work using Jira and Confluence. Other Scrum events were also done using VC, but were either combined meetings, or done team-by-team to exchange ideas and keep the teams fresh.
