Being a Product Owner is an important role. As a PO you are the Go-To person for anything related to the product.

You must plot the vision for the product months in advance, and create an ever-changing roadmap, knowing that with each iteration of the product the direction of travel may change.

Through the features and bugs and new ideas you must never lose sight of the product vision.
You must have the final word on everything related to it.

By focussing on your products, you will retain your existing clients and be in a good position to attract new ones.
